With over 30 years of industry experience, Mrs. Footer has crafted a unique and sophisticated financial consulting practice. She specializes in asset allocation strategies and risk management techniques for high net worth individuals and corporations. Mrs. Footer served on Janney’s Board of Managers and was a charter member of the Professional Affairs Committee. She served as a Regional Representative and presently serves on Janney's FA Advisory Council.  She holds the distinction of being one of the top wealth management consultants in the firm and has consistently received Wealth Management Excellence Awards as a result of her client dedication.

Mr. Footer, formerly a partner in an international professional services accounting firm, served as managing partner of the Philadelphia office tax and private client wealth management divisions. His experience includes developing and implementing a wide range of sophisticated financial planning strategies for high net worth individuals and businesses. He was named one of the top 100 tax practitioners in the country by Money Magazine.  Elliott recevied the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) Credential from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
